I have a new found passion for healthy living and recently graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I thought it would be interesting to document my journey on how my lifestyle changes.
For a bit of background info. I'm 26 years old and I live in London. I work a pretty standard 9:00-18:00 office job so often struggle fitting in workouts and find myself buying unhealthy, processed lunches and 'treating' myself to birthday cake in the office all too frequently!
I don't want to feel overwhelmed so the changes I have / will implement are small because I know otherwise I will give up. I wouldn't say I'm super unhealthy or obese, but I can definitely do with making a few changes to my diet and lifestyle. I don't know how much I weigh, so my progress will not be measured by what the scales say, rather how I feel and if my clothes size changes-currently UK Size 14/16.
Im excited about this journey and looking forward to documenting it along the way.
